Ouch...

I hate getting shots. I don't mind giving blood, it's not about the needles but about something being forced into my tissue like that...not a fan.

But I got the COVID vaccine today. I went for the 1 shot J&J.

So far I just have a sore arm. Hoping that it doesn't ruin my whole weekend!

I am able to take a "to each their own" attitude about most things but I get very frustrated with people who glare at me for choosing to wear a mask when it's not required. I'm not hurting you by wearing one and I'm not judging you for not wearing one. So why so pissed about my mask? Guilty conscience?

I think 90% of all politicians are in it for themselves and their friends. I think that 90% are hypocrites. Neither party has 90% of the house or senate...I'm impartial in my disgust.

I believe in a woman's right to chose for herself within a reasonable period of time.

I believe sane people should be able to have guns...I think people should have to demonstrate sanity and they should be registered...I think automatic weapons should be available for play in a controlled environment (like taking a race car out for a spin).

I think everyone should be encouraged to vote any way they can, lines shouldn't be drawn in meandering manners on a map to favor one party over another.

I don't think the color of anyone's skin defines their character.

People should be able to couple up in any configuration that they find suitable for themselves as long as they don't force anyone else into such couplings against their will. Whether that is MM/FF or MFFFF...to each their own.

I believe in everyone's right to define their gender if they want but please don't get angry when I get it wrong as I'm still learning the lingo AND I do think we need to have three bathroom options or single occupant only arrangements because as much as I believe there are people who legitimately identify with an alternative gender and mean no harm- I can totally see pedophiles taking advantage of the rules created to serve those people and using them to harm children in restrooms and locker rooms and I just don't think the physical risk to one should be minimized to accommodate the social/emotional/mental needs of another.

I'm totally okay if you see things differently, as long as we can peacefully and respectfully agree to disagree.
